Normally, your lamp will be shipped within 3 days with Deutsche Post/DHL. Experience shows that delivery in Germany takes 2 to 3 days. The time until delivery in other EU countries and Switzerland can vary.
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to delivery problems with suppliers. We will notify you immediately of the delay and you can decide whether you want to cancel the order.

Shipping to membership states of the EU* (up to 2 lamps) costs 16,49 Euros. For 3 or more lamps, please ask for individual shipping rates before ordering.
